Just opened is the exhibition Winfred Rembert: Amazing Grace. Rembert carves and paints leather to tell the stories of his childhood as an African-American in Cuthbert, Georgia. He will be with us for a gallery talk on July 15 at 2:00 pm.
Winfred just moved up my list of favortie artists after walking through the exhibit in Greenville. Amazing works on leather.
